Q.01What if I don’t like the first concepts?
Tell us what isn’t working and your revision rounds can take it in a new direction. A quick call helps if it’s hard to put into words. If it still isn’t right, either side can end a one-time project in writing: you pay for the work done so far and get those files. The deposit isn’t refundable once work has started.
Q.02Do I own the files?
Yes, once it’s paid in full. The final work is yours to use however you like, in every format you need. Concepts you didn’t choose stay with us, and we’ll tell you up front if a font or stock image needs a paid licence in your name.
Q.03I don’t know what I want yet.
That’s what the discovery call is for. Send what you have, even a napkin sketch or a few links you like, and we’ll turn it into a written scope and price before any work starts.
